An interview is just as much for the employer to see if you would be a good fit as it is for you to see if the company is a good fit. It is important to have a few questions in mind to ask at the end when they open the floor for questions from you. Some questions make come up throughout the interview that you need clarification on, but just in case nothing comes to mind it is helpful to have prepared a few questions to ask.

Examples of questions to ask during an interview can include:

  2. What does the training process look like?
  3. What are the next steps in the hiring process?
  4. What is your favorite part about working for this company?
  5. What types of skills are you looking to fill with the new hire?
